Dr. Carroll is a retired Wesleyan pastor from Thomasville, North Carolina. He pastored and grew the Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church in a rural community. He is a great communicator of God's Word, has a heart for mission work, and enjoys fishing. He is married to Cindy and they have two daughters.
